Presently, 57.81% are owned by PT Asia Sukses Mandiri Sejati, 19.27% by UOB Nominees Pte Ltd, and 22.92% by the public.

Mr. Eddie Wibowo - Chairman
Born in Jakarta in 1961, Eddie Wibowo has been active in the finance industry since 1987, shortly after obtaining his MBA Degree in Finance from Golden Gate University, USA. Due to his expertise in the finance, particularly in investment management and treasury, Eddie Wibowo has been trusted with the position as President Commissioner since 1990.

Mr. Wim Al Fatih - CEO / President Director
Born in Lampung in 1964, Wim Al Fatih has been active in the capital market industry since 1989. He has extensively wrestled in investment banking, investment management, wealth management and also experienced to manage mutual fund such as Reksa Dana Phinisi Manulife, Reksa Dana Batasa Syariah - Batasa Capital and Reksa Dana Eurocapital Peregrine - Eurocapital Peregrine. He has two licenses from BAPEPAM-LK, (WPEE and WMI). He also hold Certified Wealth Manager (CWM) from CWMA in collaboration with Erasmus University, Rotterdam and Gadjah Mada University.

Ms. Adeleya Dewiyanti Laiman - Director
Born in Jakarta in 1975, Adeleya Dewiyanti Laiman has been active in the capital market since 1999, shortly after obtaining her Master Degree in Mandarin Language from Beijing Union University, Beijing - China, Her expertise in equity brokerage. She hold WPPE licensed from BAPEPAM-LK.

Ms. Fitriani Komarsari - Director
Born in Surabaya in 1971. Graduated as Bachelor of Commerce from University 17 August 1945 Surabaya majoring ini Economy - Management in 1994. Start her career as Settlement Fixed Income Manager in PT. Asia Kapitalindo Securities, Tbk., from 1994. Later become HRD Manager since March 2003. She hold WPPE licensed from Bapepam - LK. Moreover, she has beed promoted as a Director in the Company from 2009 as an Operational Director.
